NOT ONE THING IS LEGALLY BINDING WITH THIS RIDICULOUS LAWSUIT which has just been filed.

.......it is a NEW filing and NOTHING has happened, it hasn't been heard.

Has anyone been served a summons?

If a judgement is issued, after the case has been heard, THEN that is binding..

BUT that doesn't mean it gets paid.

I have seen many judgments not paid...

And, of course, there could be an appeal.
