I think the factors you discuss, plus that some recognition that this platform will be a basic tool in a larger tool kit, in the evolving immunotherapy space, will ultimately lead to approval. I just don't see how any intelligent observer at the regulatory level escapes that realization unless they are blind to where all of the immunotherapy technologies are going. I think DCVax will be a critical tool. There will be other critical tools as well, and they will ultimately need to be used in a customized ensemble for each patient and each kind of cancer. Given what we are seeing, personally, I think it would be a complete failure of our scientific establishment if this did not get approved, ultimately. But that's just me.

I also think some of the very narrowly focused tools that were previously created and failed in trials, will need, ultimately to be revived and very narrowly utilized for patients with particular sorts of tumors and cancers. Combination therapies will be where it will go, and those tools are ultimately going to be necessary to beat cancer.
