Hey Everyone, Just wanted to share some things that I gathered after seeing the volume alert/8k and taking a Starter Lotto position into AHFD.
After hours i took it upon myself to get to the bottom of the action since i was completely clueless as to what happen today, My initial take was this was front-loaded at 0001 by someone who knew this 8k was coming etc and they sold into market. After seeing the debt conversion crosses I knew instantly that wasnt the case.
Upon doing DD on the 8k I saw the phone number listed up top and figured what the hell and gave them a call, As seen below is proof that i did in fact talk to the company regarding the 8k and what exactly is going on(that they could tell me so far) I was told "Watch the wires for more going foward"




After asking the OS is 4.3 Billion. Over the past few months the new owner Juan Sebastian Gutierrez Lavin has quietly been taking in 0001 stock to gain control of the shell via voting rights for over 50% owner, He has accumulated a total of 2.5 billion shares. Due to the fact 1 he is a insider by being apart of the company and 2 he is now a insider holder for holding more then 10% of the company we have no worry of those shares hitting the market. The gentlemen i spoke to was a VERY good guy, sounded very professional but could not alude to any forward looking statements. The fact of the 2.5 billion shares purchased totaling more then 250k tells me two things, 1. NO RS, It would only screw him and would make ZERO sense. 2. There must be a reason for the purchase going forward, who would put 250k into a stock to do nothing?. At this point i totally feel comfortable labeling this a VERY nice possible and will continue to add as things develop.

As for the dilution prints, Its hard to see exactly what kinda debt is out there because filings are not up to date, I would think that if CEO was buying that he must know there isnt many left, i would think he is bright enough not to buy endless shares for fun. With todays volume it was a perfect time for a diluter to capitalize on the volume and get out what he could. I think we can all agree that when this thing was rolling, it was looking thin and had signs of shooting right to 001+, then got a little fatter when the dilution happened. What might have us saying HOLY CRAP right now, Might turn out to just be a pot of gold..... GL hope this helps holders/watchers, Have a good weekend everyone

Robert Hipple was involved with AHFD - along with the David George puppet John Griffin.

Indian River is a Robert Hipple company.

This is another company that is perilously close to being suspended for delinquent filing - they haven't filed any financial information since September 2014.

They are a Form 15 company - at least they can't be revoked after they are suspended.

The A/S is 20,000,000,000.

Here is what is funny - it was reinstated on 07/21/2017 and this is even better - Greg Manos is listed as the contact person. He filed the S-1 in 2010.
