You need to first understand the difference between


Authorized Common Shares

and

Outstanding Common Shares

Thank you for your reply, I realize that but it's not 20 million shares... It's exactly 75 million shares.. Which happens to be double..doesn't rich own 51% so if the share holders shares don't double how could he retain 51% is my question.
