Sweeney's time-line means we will find out soon whether she is going to trial -- and see such a trial in 2018.

My money says given the docs she has pushed into the light with the discovery she ordered... we are going to trial.

haha, it amazes me that there are people on this board who still think sweeney(queen of delay) is a savior to shareholders.
