If the GSE's are forced to take another draw as a result of capital deficiency that will be game, set, and match. IMHO the delays that WILL lead to the inevitable UST Draw have been the plan since the lawsuits began. Gov't will scream GSE's are systemic risk then pat themselves on the back for saving us from them.
