I'm not sure. If the auditors perform additional substantive audit work on interloc kings they may be able to issue a separate opinion on I/K. I'm sure management has thought of this already if they are planning to spin off Interloc kings Maybe someone on this board knows the answer. I haven't worked in Public Accounting for a long time and do not remember the rules for issuing separate opinions on spinning off subs.
