actually, wrong

increasing authorized common shares does NOT imply that a split has been effected

YIPPY recently filed paper work to add shares..right..
Unless I'm looking at it wrong it looks like a 2/1 split..
Shares go from 75,000,000 to 150,000,000.. Richs shares would have to double to retain control.why not ours IMO..
