I do not agree. Purely an attention seeking device. However, I do think that it is Yaz trying to pretend he cares to make shareholders happy, which helps distract from the terrible job he has done.
I have seen it with other stinky pinkies.
When the lawsuit is dismissed either by the court or by Yaz, there will not be any mention of that action. Funny how that always happens. There will Dead silence about the MYDX frivolous lawsuit fading into the sunset.
