Very well articulated. However, whatever little DD I have done (Shared some of it here ), some of the deals that is forthcoming will outsmart the dollar figure from all 7 lawsuits combined. If peeps are just focused on Patent Lawsuits, they got this play wrong, all along.
Also, wrt Patent lawsuits, whatever little experience I have in this domain, first 3 & two out of the last 4, are closing in ( I have read every single docket for all seven ). Forth coming large deals will have some surprises coupled with few lawsuits $ in days ahead.
The docket entry you requested has over 900 pages & I was unable to upload on my shared server. But for my eyes & from my perspective, next couple of months will be "VERY VERY VERY" exciting ( As Kay Said )
