And that is why the OTC Stinky Pinky arena steals money from people thinking they are going to get rich because the company hides their dilution. If this company was transparent and headed in the right direction, they know one of the most important things to do is to keep the shareholders informed of the share structure but in our case the T/A is gagged! Not good at all when they have to issue 12 BILLION shares to pay off their debt! Remember it is the companies words in their 10Q not mine! JMHO
