#27591 RE: Sprycel #27590

Paul continues to follow up on past emails and I, for one, am satisfied with the answers...

Nothing earth shattering but communication nonetheless.

I would expect we will get our answers soon enough.

I am long IHSI. If others are not maybe it is time for them to follow other stocks...

I have seen this happen for over 25 years now. Sad! Very very sad.
Only the shareholders lose.

That assessment is 100% completely false and misleading, in my opinion

Outstanding Shares

I never have.

And remember, based upon your own DD here, "Transfer Online, Inc" has a policy to not provide share structure to the general public.

They aren't gagged

Would you like to see another FACT?

Go here:

https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/IHSI/history?p=IHSI

Add up the total daily volume that IHSI has traded since January 3, 2017

That total arrives at 16,139,876,502 shares

That's SIXTEEN BILLLLLLLLLLLION, ONE HUNDRED THIRTY NINE MILLLLLLLION, EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX THOUUUUUUUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED AND TWO SHARES

And for humors sake, let's just say 100% of those shares traded at only .0001/share (which clearly they all didn't, so i'm going LOW end here)

That comes to $1,613,987.65

Say that number out loud

ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THIRTEEN, NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN DOLLARS AND SIXTY FIVE Cents

So let me get this straight.

How much Convertible debt is owed?

I'm thinking enough capital has been raised to service it's debt just from January through July alone.

Naked shorts need to cover, and they are the very ones that are loading shares on ask to entice sellers to hit their cover bids at .0001

I have no issues with helping them cover their shorts.

In fact, I stand with them on the bid and when that wall of .0002's begins to unravel, I'm going to unleash my own amount of rage and fury with a $100,000 - $150,000 purchase to get this candle lit.

How about that?
