Hmmm, I'm not sure about that. When the CEO of GM, Ford, BMW start riding EVs more that ICE vehicles, they are promoting their brand. But, when one of the largest producers of hydrocarbons in the world says the next vehicle they purchase will be an EV, well, that is a different story.
