Wow maybe you should look at the fins the company had revenue and had assets.

The shareholder base here is all for themselves not the company. The only thing they care about is that the company pumps out Pr's so they can flip the stock FACT!!!

The company had failing momentum when the R/S paperwork was filed. All one needs to do is match the trading tape up with the dates paperwork were filed on.

As to my trading logic, it suits me well, whether or not anyone wishes to agree with it.
