Just spoke to Mr Tecco. 10K out next week asked about the stop sign. That will come off when 10K is filed. In process now are other acquisitions. Financing is mostly debt which has no effect on shares. Usually IR answers the fact that Mr Tecco answered shows things are coming to fruition. Very upbeat. Adding here while it's under .01.

how is it that the fins will show mostly debt and not affect the share price??? Who wants to buy or own shares in a company thats lossing money?
