ELTZ traded .022 recently without the 2 recent acquisitions which have revenues coming. 10K will be essential to go current for new projects from my understanding. This is a forward looking company imo.
The key to the fins is that it will keep the company current. It will also verify a low outstanding share count and float. Everything else doesn't matter as it's reporting from 3-31. The next big things are deals closing and details of the two deals already mentioned in PR's. IMO of course
