Thanks for the info. That's what I figured. Norm Van Vactor was just speculating based on what is publicly known, not any information he directly received from the Company or Theissen himself as at least one poster is inferring happened.

However, it would be clear in my opinion, that "In the near term" and "sooner rather than later" means NEWS from NAK could happen at any time now going forward.
