ALL compliance violators get revoked. DBMM refused to file reports. They will be no different. Every compliance violator, suspended under SEC section 12k, has been revoked.


PS, there is no such thing as "moving from grey to OTC current." What does that even mean?

DBMM is the FIRST OTC Company allowed by SEC Judge to file Summary DIsposition to move from Grey to OTC Current. Again, FIRST OTC COMPANY. Now, DBMM will be FIRST OTC Company to go from Grey to OTC Current for non-filing reason
