CEO has not done what he has said should have taken place by now. No, I have seen pinks sell products as a front to sell shares. Not that this is happening here. I'm waiting for financials, not what's posted on this board.

He hasn't come thru on the 49% ownership issue yet. It's too soon to assume he won't complete the audit of 2016 and thus uplist. So otherwise I agree.
