I don't think we'll see $1.00 PPS immediately after a settlement or trial win. That would put the company at about a $1.135 billion market cap according to the O/S stated on page 24 of the last financial they put out at the end of 2015. It says there are 1,135,449,986 Outstanding Shares. I doubt we'll see a settlement number that high. Could it happen? Yes, but I'm not counting on it. After they win in court or get a settlement they will need to prove a business model that'll provide future income that keeps them in the black. At some point will also need to become current if they want PPS to go that high.
The big bottom line unknown is, what is the IP worth per month and how much Chanbond would have made from royalties or licensing deals if not infringed upon? Hard to tell when there's no other product to compare it too that's like it. Also hard to tell as it's a small piece in a large piece of equipment that all these companies are using. There's a lot of questions that need to be answered and unfortunately these answers are not discussed in these court documents... or maybe they are and I just haven't come across them yet.
