Good morning... So from the numbers you posted, sounds like Bulova Tech acquired and can add around $10 Million more in company assets now from the Big Red acquisition?

And those updated numbers could BE reported in the upcoming 3rd quarter 10-Q under "Subsequent Events" which occurred in the 4th quarter? Correct? :-)

In reference to this info you provided:

Pre big red acquisition assets were 20 million per the CEO
After acquisition approx 30 million
Debt currently at 29. Doesn't include preferred shares plan
