Actually, not really. Settlement would most likely be the same now as right before the trial in November 2018. That being the case, no reason to settle before then. They dont legally owe a dime until a FINAL court says so. That means trials, appeals and everything. A settlement on the Cisco 13 terms could happen quick- UOIP would then get pennies on the dollar. A quick settlement on UOIP terms will NOT happen, will take imminent court action to occur.
