The licenses are real property, as such, you would think an Appeals Court would question the actions of the FCC if the agency were to just allow them to be transferred to AT&T. While the FCC might attempt to hide behind the Bankruptcy Court Fibertower Reorganization Plan, the current key elements too not doing so have far more merit ...... current value $$$$$ of the 692 licenses & the fact both unsecured creditors and shareholders did not support the reorganizational plan when approved
