It's mostly, in my opinion, the hype back in Jan and Feb when it ran. Most investors didn't understand the organization structure, that ICNB shareholders only get 25% of the valuation of any buyout. So it's mostly unable to maintain or sustain a PPS 4X it's true value.

Now if Rich cancelled those ridiculous Pref Ds and moved the other 49% of Bellissima under ICNB, we could easily sustain $.012-$.015 (even with the debtor dilution), then, barring any new dilution, the PPS would rise with sales, then earnings.
