Now that Lyons gave that bizarre retirement photoshopped email, I wonder if the SEC squeezes him if he isnt the turncoat that Bermans friend mentioned.

"KB told me recently that there are less than 20 shareholders who own more than 100,000 shares and the company keeps in touch with most of them or they keep in touch with the company." I think this statement is suspect too. 880,000+ shares and I've never heard from anyone at DECN. And about what? Recent comments here have brashly stated that Berman and the BoD have no obligation to clear anything thru the shareholders. I tend to agree with this view. However, posting fraudulent PR releases may be pushing the envelope with the SEC. But then, are they really fraudulent? This company is like playing the little floating ducks game at the carnival. You know there's a winner in there somewhere, how much are you willing to spend to find it? Keep track of the statements. Compare the realities. Make your best decision. Welcome to trading.

"Now it looks like 40 million shares are going to hit the market, are these Platinum shares?"

No, these are not Platinum shares, based on the full content of the original quote.

The 40 million shares, was an estimate of the number of existing shares that would be surrendered if a $0.20+ per share tender offer is made - almost tripling the current price per share. It becomes clear, when one has access to the full quote.

Here is the actual original quote, including the top part that was excluded in the post I am responding to:

"I don't think even close to a majority would settle for what you say. it's all or nothing and most have waited for all. If you think you got the next champ you hold out for a lot more"

You are kidding aren't you? My personal belief is, and I read the message boards, and I read and listen to the rants of former "friends." With DECN it isn't about potential, it is all about share price. And if the share price goes up, or if a higher share price is promised, penny shareholders would sell out in a NY minute.

My guy tells me that 20 million shares are available and would hit the market once the share price goes above $.15. Another 20 million shares are available once the share price goes above $.20. You do know that a holder of 4.8 million shares died recently and his fund liquidated or is still liquidating?
