Ask the author if those 40 million shares add to the O/S. It is just a coincidence that Berman's "friend" mentions that 40 million share number in two 20 million share lots. do you know what the conversion of Platinum Preferred share would be. Is it 40 million?

Have you seen any filing or release by the company that those shares were retired, I have read maybes. Why would a court appointed liquidator screw over stakeholders and not convert and sell those shares, because Berman says so, Platinum invested money, waits 3 years and the shares convert.

Mr. Berman has to scramble now, cash is dwindling fast. Don't you read the financials. He needs to even raise more money, I think $5 million was mentioned.

Guess how many shares $5 million buys at .05. Talk about dilution. It will make the Platinum 40 million shares look like a dilution bargain.
