No proof, because this CEO is so non-transparent, it's hard to figure anything out. He's playing a shell game. WHERE ARE THE 25 MILLION NOVALERE HOLDINGS SHARES? Judging from past Q's, $3.75M this Q is a huge longshot. If he brings that in without moving current SG&A expenses from this Q's shell to next Q's shell(or 4th Q's), he may turn my head.
