My guess is that USRM is a member of GACP STEM CELL CLINICS LLC, and therefore an investor in STEM CELL CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE.

You asked

"WHAT LEGIT PUBLIC TRADED COMPANY DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS? WHERE? HOW???? "

I recall back prior to the real estate crash that all the large title insurance companies formed hundreds, if not thousands, of LLCs in partnership with their clients (i.e. Realtors, builders, land developers, attorneys, banks and mortgage lenders). They did this to lock up clients from other competitors. So this is an example of billion dollar corporations operating in a way that you described as not an acceptable business practice.

In addition to locking up clients business through an mutually owned LLC, there are some protections of assets through this structure. remaining anonymous sometimes has its advantages.

I can't say for certain, but I believe that a publicly traded company can invest in LLCs and if their membership percentage is below a certain threshold, they don't have to disclose such an investment. Perhaps someone with more knowledge on this topic can confirm or correct my understanding.

Go $USRM

Is this the same David Neithardt that used to be a director of Jet Services company out in Florida? If so, that might be a conflict of interest. Don't you think?

ask how they are making money??? and all I care about is this answer.... their revs are growing QoQ with June being a record month for patients.... "We have experienced continued success, growing patient satisfaction and clinic expansion, with June being a record month for number of patients treated and stem cells banked."

QoQ ..... ..... ..... Revenues ..... ..... ..... COGS
March 2017, ..... $1,154,000 ....... $344,000
December 2016, ..... $964,000 ..... $249,000
September 2016, ..... $729,000 ..... $332,000
June 2016, .......... $678,000 .......... $235,000

whatever is said to disregard what is above is just comical to say the least.

Cheers.
