It's easiest and more accurate to just use the Florida Secretary of State business search portal. One can search by biz name, corporate officer/registered agent, a whole lot of different ways.
Just plug in "Neithardt" and one can search the dude a 100 ways to Sunday. Most of the corp entities in that page you listed, a "scraper" page are all defunct now for things like "lack of current filings" etc. But he's got a whole butt load of still-active LLC's and some are "foreign listed", etc.
He's wrapped around this mess in ways- way, way deeper than I think first meets the eye. Again, the proper people will be "looking into it" I'm sure, is my guess.
It's really not that hard a nut to crack - just some basic investigative skills and research needed. There's no coincidences this dude is involved now to me- there's very, very specific reasons and a key past as to who he is, if what I believe is true.
It'll all come out in the wash one day, more than likely, IMO.
