#10247 RE: PICHNPENYS2THPNTHOUS #10244

I agree but as I see it... [IMO]

"Love the concept of this as parents are pretty messed up when it comes to paranoia with their kids healt issues"
Putting a metal detector in every school entry is an imminent event. It will happen.
One of this nature, while making entry into the facility armed with anything, nearly impossible, does it without subjecting the children to excessive x-ray exposure.
Big Plus there.
In addition, it puts the school safety officer to work on something other than walking the hallways and doing paperwork. Visible Presence at the door.

"What I don't like is the fact that no names of companies are mentioned in the Bios of execs"
Seems to me I noted many companies and admirable, upper command military distinctions in several of the bios including but not limited to;
InterContinental Oil and Gas
Jiffy Lube
Cambridge Financial Services
Solana Beach Escrow
Special Assistant and Acting National Security Advisor
Advisor to the U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense
Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary
Executive Assistant Secretary
Thorwald Group

"That reverse splits have been made"
That happens in many companies history before stabilizing.
While it can signal problems, it's also often used to stabilize the debt a young company accrues prior to its profit stage.
What counts is where the money is going.

"More concerned about the unknown credits in the bios."
I actually don't know what t say about this. The issue makes no sense to me.

"Also have been burned before with URHG mining company in Nevada that switched business a few times as this stock was gold mining now security."
It bears consideration but a lot of great mining companies that had big ideas about selling mined gold have or are going belly up due to resell price levels.

"And DTII has same pattern???"
I'm personally not surprised that Canyon might adopt another more profitable venture to hedge their losses with while they wait out the bottom of the precious metals market.
Did anyone read in any of the news if this might have been a reason for the merge or for that matter, if Canyon has actually sold off its mining rights or operations?

"Weird but going to buy a few shares anyway but not much as mentioned, the idea SOUNDS good"
There's no "good" answer for that. Seems to me that the company product line is absolutely in demand and the technology is absolutely there. The only questions will be;
1) Whether DTII can actually make the product(s),
2) Whether DTII can actually control sales properly and,
3) Whether DTII can actually manage the whole show proprly.

That's the gamble.
Incidentally. For what it's worth, I'm in that gamble too.
