I see your point badshah. The only thing I can say is that he is selling a certain amount of shares for a certain amount of cash each time. It's not a dollar amount converted into a pps discounted at a certain percentage. As you can see per each 8k the shares are being cashed in as soon as they get them it seems. Again to pin point the exact amount converted would have to be shown on paper by the company like you stated. Hopefully I'm close.
