By Conv. Notes left to be converted of 199638400 if he means 199.6 million shares remaining to be converted, that need not be correct...the remaining amount to be converted depends on the $ value remaining to be converted and what price the conversion takes place, the latter being a moving target (remember the price was as low as 0.0002 in June)...so I am not sure how he came up with the estimate of 199.6 million shares left to be converted...
