What in the world are you talking about David Mersky was the President of BankCard Empire along with Davidan Corp and Lajobejo LLC.

All received Cease and Desist Orders from 4 different states.

But it is amusing that you are in denial about David Mersky being involved BankCard Empire - when he was the President.
