Consolidator in your post you have stated the following:
2012 at Trial 719-2011 Barrick admitted that it had no titles of TESOROS to back up its OSC and or SEC filings. Never published as material fact, covered up by TSX and BCSC, despite MWR and MSX.
Just a question if Barrick has no titles of TESOROS then at what poing does this get cancelled and when do they have to remove this from their prospectus. Does the Chile Court System tell them to remove it. Now if they have to remove this then what??? This is the basis of the BCSC against JL and MSX. Barrick would then have to tell everyone that there is no Pascua Lama and there are no Tesoros. If that happens then things will really get interesting because now everyone will have to change their position. Wow time will tell...
