No, technical indicate strong sell. Basically no one wants to buy HPNN shares at ANY price, especially with HPNN violating corporate law in their state of incorporation (Nevada).
Also, HPNN being in so much trouble that they can't even get a business license is a big problem.
The huge court judgment may mean a (involuntary) bankruptcy filing for HPNN....placed in receivership soon.
