The huge court judgment may mean a (involuntary) bankruptcy filing for HPNN....placed in receivership soon

I know there is the recent court judgement against HPNN & Michaels but aren't their other court judgements against him?

I would believe he wouldn't want to file bankruptcy for HPNN because he would have to show all the HPNN dirt.....

Man I would like to go to that bankruptcy hearing!
