I think a random hospital out there, while it might freeze the tumor, might not be plugged into the methods of NWBO, so they'd definitely need to be in contact and probably follow the relevant procedures to avoid contamination and other potential issues. Let's hope all of that can happen, but it's not the company's issue if not because this is not related to their trials. This is a random event at a hospital involving a famous person. Hopefully, the doctors and relevant hospital are experienced with this and won't have any issues. I do not think it's something that necessarily just happens. The doctors need to be aware and have taken steps to do it properly and reach out to the relevant company or labs to do the various forms of treatment that may be contemplated.
Right now, there is just far too much hopeful speculation, in my view, that has little to do with the company. The mere fact that we are discussing GBM and modes of treatment are enough, if NWBO has great data, to make it a major headline event, even if McCain's doctors did not do what they likely necessarily would have had to have done to get benefit from DCVax. Obviously, I'd like to see Senator McCain get the best possible treatment, and I hope his doctors were on top of things.
