You'll likely never hear from the company again. I will check the date. IT IS scheduled.

08/13 is sunday.
There is no date set for administrative hearing set in Procedural schedule from Judge. I wish company updates us soon.

August 9 hearing (if it gets that far). DBMM can sign off and accept revocation prior. Most responders do. They have nothing to fight. The SEC cited non-compliance. That is a guaranteed 100% revoked on a registered SEC filer.

and will begin at a time and location to be
determined. After the close of the parties’
evidentiary presentation, I will establish a posthearing
schedule for the filing of briefs and
exhibits.
