I think that's a given here. No one in right mind would make themselves loose money lol.

There is almost absolutely no doubt they will want too run this. They would not have acquired shares and created a merger deal too lose money. They would have backed out of the merger and found another company too merge with if they knew they would lose their money. They would kill the deal at hand in my opinion. And thing else would be insane. Lol.
