When they state they have enough cash until a certain date that also comes with fine print stating as long as nothing changes which we all know that spending is going to increase as of now

DD, logically the company should be committing crime by diluting at this juncture. Why now? Why not to wait till news start flowing, or even wait until the EU revenues in in 8-9 months?
If ADXs start getting milestone payments and revenues from EU sales maybe there will be no need to do it for foreseeable future, IMHO.
