Should ADXS get some upfront payment from EU partner? Probably yes... A milestone payment from AMGEN when they announce P1 NEO
trial should bring some money...Maybe 15, or 10 million at least. That is how AMGN will start paying for the trial...I think another milestone payment comes after interim results are published and etc...After successful P! Amgen will fork more money
and even more, when P2 or P2/P3 starts...

If EU submission will happen in the beginning of Oct,
we should her back from EMA in 6 or 5 month since ADXS was granted equivalent to FDA EU AA. The response should be positive and revs will start flowing...
P3 in USA should be partially paid by Global Pharmacy (for 125 patients, if I recall it correctly). Also S. America partner and Canadian partners should contribute $$$ to the P3 trial.
PETX revenues potential should be also taken in account.
I also expect a deal with Merck as soon as the interim results for ADXS-PSA are published.
We will see about "huge dilution' scare...
