ALSO:
Noticed in footnotes of Verizon's FCC FORM 603 that Verizon mentions AT&T and Fibertower - that it would NOT cause 'Threshold' problems for Verizon spectrum holdings if the FCC approves the Fibertower license transfers to AT&T. I believe it was footnote #39 - but anyone can find it in the reading of the Verizon form 603 application.

Also read this interesting remark by Verizon:

ctrum in the millimeter wave bands for 5G and other uses,” noting recently that “t’s my intent to move forward quickly to
do just that.” footnote 34

"So rather than denying spectrum resources to a company willin
