I agree with the facts stated, for the most part. Compensation was 215,000, but that is certainly not the extent of Derek's income from TRTC. He made more than that from selling shares alone.

With that logic, Trump only makes the presidential salary- right?

I agree vegas changed the scope of the entire industry and swayed it in the favor of legalization. Too many tourists will be exposed to it. The states that are opposed to legalization actually are trying to find ways to keep people from traveling and trying to make their states their own countries. Its really scary to watch how we basically have two different countries at this point.

While I was in DC last week you could just feel the calmness of every one because you don't have police chasing everyone around for weed and searching everyones cars and doing whatever they can to steal as much cash and property as possible.

Then as soon as I cross the line back into VA its like you can feel the presence of the Devil in that state all around you.

The insiders will own a whole lot more of the company after they reverse split the common and not their preferred shares. That ratio will flip flop to 80% insiders, 20% common. Your piece of the pie just became a LOT less.

That's the REAL risk to lowly common stock.

1st off at a total, insiders on the board hold 20% of the company per the 2016 10-K.
