1st off at a total, insiders on the board hold 20% of the company per the 2016 10-K. I think they have a vested interest in this company succeeding. You can also see Peterson's compensation for 2016 was $215,000.

The retained earning is -72 Mil, but that is expected at this stage of the company and their MASSIVE revenue growth can eat into that within a couple years.

Vegas recreational pot alone will make this a success. If you can't make money off recreational pot in Vegas you shouldn't be a business man
