Agreed that IDCC can not wait for a year to reply. However, the venue has to be through the arb process and the court proceedings. Nokia hinted of questionable insider sales via court paper. IMO, IDCC has to use the same media.
Idcc management has been accused of illegal behavior and neither they nor the company can afford the luxury of waiting a year to respond to the charges.
