""IMO...The whole discussion of Shaw vs. Berman is kind of like arguing, "who is least bad?""

Seth was trying to do the right thing in the best interest of the shareholders, BUT instead Berman and DECN wanted to screw TAUG and shareholders, (remember the text messages?) Berman and that pos company turned out to be a very ugly fit for TAUG.... Ultimately Berman wanted to take advantage of Seth Knowing the situation the company was in, luckily Seth stood his ground and turned down the deal.

Bottom line is TAUG terminated the "deal" with DECN and I'm certain I read a PR from Berman stating that it was Seth that called it off.... (I'll try and find it when I have more time.)

So IMO not everything has gone as planned nor is anyone perfect, but I'll say this..... Seth has stood up for the shareholders and the company through these tough times, and that's 100% more than what Berman could ever do as CEO of DECN !!!

BTW, do you think Berman is posting on the TAUG board without disclosure? LMAO

It seems Mr. Berman lies alot. Good thing Seth did not merge with them or take Mr. Berman's advise and settle the case for $250,000.

TAUG is like someone stated at one time, a very low cost option and one or two positive events could turn this around.
