I last checked about 4 months ago. Then the 1stQ came out (confirmed SS then). So I emailed Kay earlier and he confirmed SS. But he told me to email transfer agent tomorrow for exact #'s.

He also confirmed that everything is moving forward as he has publicly stated in his interview. Deals by ACS will be announced in second half when allowed.
