That writer has been making that claim for months, read the other articles... Its just a default assumption he likely makes for ALL penny stocks, for good reason.

More $$ is pouring in now than at any time and they did not need to dilute before. They are NET profitable... and even if they did raise a chunk of $$$ for expansion, that would not be a bad thing. Its what the $$$ is used for/achieves that matters the most to an astute investor, not the fact that they needed to do it... and Its better to raise $$$ at these levels, than when it was at the lows. A lot less shares are needed to raise decent amounts now.

... but Roger rarely dilutes for anything other than acquisitions... and he has never used any type of toxic floorless convertibles.

I guess that writer doesn't read Twitter. lol...
