Fact or otherwise, there was absolutely no "legitimate" reason to include the comment related to Dr. Sung in the 8-K. On the other hand there was the "illegitimate" need to assuage Seth Shaw's fragile ego! "Let's blame Stella!" How many times has Seth Shaw "blamed" himself?

THE BLAME NEVER BELONGS TO SETH SHAW, IT IS ALWAYS SOME OTHER EVIL DOER!

Let's blame all the bad stuff on Michael Har-Noy or John Fife or Bruce Harmon or Jason Barkeloo or Stella Sung or Cowan/Gutenski or Joshua Kimmel or whoever, BUT NEVER BLAME SETH SHAW FOR BEING THE ONE WHO HAS ACTUALLY BURIED THE TAUG SHAREHOLDERS, AS THE RESULT OF HIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS DECISIONS, WHICH WERE A FUNCTION OF SHAW's INCREDIBLY BAD JUDGEMENT AND/OR COMPLETE LACK OF BASIC DUE DILIGENCE!

BTW...just so everyone understands, "throwing someone under the bus" is using a BASIC "FACT" TO PLACE "BLAME" on someone in an effort to assure removing the blame from oneself! Commonly the "blame" attribution is publicly stated, despite the fact there was no real reason to even mention it!

YES, IT WAS A "SPLENDID JOB" THROWING DR. SUNG UNDER THE BUS AND NOW I BET CEO SETH SHAW'S FRAGILE EGO FEELS MUCH BETTER FOR IT!
