You forgot to mention their June 2016 NASA contract was "temporarily" delayed by the US Gov't for ~9 months. It seems to me that was the "sole" problem.

Don't bother replying. I'm not interested in debating "the past", nor further educating you on operating cash flows. I'm only interested in TMPS future.

IMO, you're missing the point. 5/6 of the bullet points in your post are past tense. The only one yet to be completed is #5, and there is a finite amount left to be sold, at what seems to be higher prices (since he is holding off).
The company and shareholders are now looking forward. (Not going to point out all of the positives as there are too many to list while I'm out.)

Do some DD and post why the conversions happened when they did. It is in the filings. One event triggered their ability to convert. It's interesting.
